One of our co-founders, an expert in nutrition, vitamins, and supplements discovered her calling at the age of eight. Growing up in her mother’s vitamin shop, she absorbed knowledge about how vitamins, protein shakes, bars, and natural herbs, supplements could elevate health and transform lives. This early education became a lifelong passion, leading her to adopt a vegetarian/pescatarian diet for over 25 years. Her journey with food, supplements, and herbs is at the heart of everything she does. 

 

Our co-founder is a seasoned physician with extensive expertise in the body’s complex systems, particularly in hormone health. Specializing in hormone balance, he has worked in top hormone replacement clinics, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. With years of clinical practice, he brings a unique perspective to our mission, blending scientific rigor with a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal well-being.
